What's flying here? We delivered an air conditioning unit to downtown Budapest, in a tarpaulin, crane-equipped Donau Trans van. It's a nice big machine, over 4 meters long.
We would like to inform our Dear Partners that the ownership structure of SC Donau Trans Carpatica Srl (Cluj-Napoca) has changed.
We thank Mr. Laurent for his many years of cooperation and wish him a calm, peaceful retirement!

Sometimes the shortest route is not the right one. Before dropping off, we send a message to the driver to make sure everything goes smoothly and there are no hiccups or stuck underpasses.

In international transport, the CMR Convention applies, meaning the driver of the vehicle must control the loading. However, it is important that the loading company provides this opportunity!
For domestic shipments, the sender is responsible, but this is transferred to the carrier if the driver is in charge of the packing, as he has the right to instruct on the placement of the goods.
The unrest and road closures in Western Europe are also hindering transportation, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee loading and unloading times in all cases. Of course, we can always provide accurate information about the position of the trucks and the status of their goods. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

Tolls have increased significantly in Germany from December 1, 2023, and in Austria and Hungary from January 1, 2024.
